Stanley Wade Bowker

Stanley Wade Bowker age 69, of Lowell passed away suddenly September 10, 2023 at his home. He was born January 12, 1954 in Dickson, Tennessee, the son of Ernest L. & Estella (Tidwell) Bowker, and graduated with the class of 1972 at Hickman County High School. Stan enjoyed befriending dogs, and was a talented guitarist. As a member of several bands, including Kickstand, Stan was happiest performing on stage with his guitar, Puff. He is survived by his wife of sixteen years, Barbara, her children who often referred to him as "The best one"; his children Stanley Jr. of Gowen and Sherry (Bill) King of Rothbury; grandchildren Jesse J. King, Skylar Jensen, Hannah Bowker and Haylee Bowker; great granddaughter Lyla Goetterman; brother Tony Bowker of Tennessee and his sister Laura Herndon of Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his parents. There are no services planned at this time.
