Sharon Lee Gatto

Sharon Lee Gatto age 75, of Stanwood, passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at Corewell Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids. She was born September 28, 1950 in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, the daughter of Melvin & Louise (Vadnais) Ball. She loved playing cards, going on casino trips, and spending time with everyone . Sharon is survived by her children Jerri MacDonald of Gowen, Laura (Darrell) Johnson of Stanwood, Joseph (Jessica) Merritt of Lakeview, Steve (Donna) Gatto of Livonia, Debra (Tom) Klida of Houghton Lake,17 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and her 5 siblings . She was preceded in death by her loving husband Mario Gatto, her parents Melvin & Louise (Vadnais) Ball, and her great granddaughter Athena. Private burial was held at Spencer Mills Cemetery.
