Sally M. Somerfield

Sally M. Somerfield age 88, of Greenville formerly of Saginaw, passed away Sunday April 29, 2018 at Spectrum Health United Memorial Hospital in Greenville. She was born July 2, 1929 in Saginaw, the daughter of Frederick & Marie (Cutliff) Hoffman. Sally is survived by her husband Frank of 67 years; daughter Cheryl (Jim) Davidson of Grand Haven, sons Denis (Kelly) Somerfield of Hot Springs Arkansas and Jeff (Shellie) Somerfield of Greenville; daughter-in-law Kelly Somerfield; 9 grandchildren Rachel (Andrew) Toby, Ryan Davidson, Brett (Julie), Brendon, Parker, Lindsay, Leah, Austin and Connor Somerfield and 2 great grandchildren Layla and Christian. She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers Leslie, Jack and Bill, granddaughter Heather McMillan and son Dean Somerfield (Denis’s Twin). Memorial Service will be 2 PM Saturday, May 19, 2018 at the Marshall Funeral Home, Greenville with Pastor Jamey Nichols officiating. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Sally’s name to the adult day services provided at Clay Street Center in Greenville.
