Roger L. Wedderburn

Roger L. Wedderburn age 64 of Trufant, passed away Sunday May 28, 2017 at his home under the care of Spectrum Hospice. He was born May 30, 1952 in Ionia, the son of Max J. & Ruth V. (Pinkston) Wedderburn. He loved to hunt and fish, especially pheasant hunting, loved his dogs and raised springer spaniels. Roger is survived by his children Casey Wedderburn & (Amber) of Trufant and Kristine Shoen of Greenville; 4 grandchildren Calob and Silas Wedderburn and Gabi and Izzy Stewart; sister Pamela & (Richard) Westbrook of Lowell; brother John “Duke” Grummet of Greenville; Karen Scott, the mother of Casey; nephews Bruce & (Lisa) Westbrook of Columbus, Ohio, Phil & (Kendra) Kent of Fenwick, Doug & (Mel) Hansen of Greenville and Kurt Hansen of Greenville; niece Katrina Westbrook of Lowell; sisters in law Teresa & (Carl) Smith of Greenville and Kathy Kent of Greenville; mother in law Lois Hansen of Greenville and his aunt Junnie & (Duane) Pinkston of Ionia. He was preceded in death by his father Max Wedderburn and his mother Ruth & (Vern) Wells and his father in law Ellis Hansen. A Celebration of Life will be 2 to 5 PM Saturday, June 10, 2017 at Duke Grummet’s home, 4695 S. Miller Road, Sheridan.
