Roger L. Becker

Roger L. Becker age 83, of Coral, passed away, Friday, June 2, 2023 at his home under the care of his family and Corewell Spectrum Hospice.  He was born March 10, 1940 in Sand Lake, the son of Carl Leroy & Gertrude Velma (Roberts) Becker.  He worked as a tool and die maker for several tool and die companies, was a member of AA and loved to do woodworking, fishing, hunting, mushrooming and spending time with his grandkids.  Roger is survived by his wife Judy (Humphrey) Becker; daughters Velma Moore of Barryton and Loretta Becker of Warwick, Rhode Island; sons Roger (Marie) Becker of Coral, James Becker & (Lisa Mosley) of Coral and Carl (Bernadette) of Swansea Massachusetts;­­­ 18 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; brother Douglas (Sharon) Becker of Mulliken and his sister Diane Kaman of Grand Rapids.  He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Raymond Becker, son in law Mike Moore and his brother in law Edward Kaman. Members of the family will meet with friends and relatives at 4 PM Saturday, June 10, 2023 at the Marshall Funeral Home, with Military Services at 5 PM, followed by a eulogy by Earl Shevock.  Memorial contributions in Rogers’s name are suggested to the American Cancer Society or Corewell Spectrum Hospice.
