Raymond G. Stewart

Raymond G. Stewart age 89, of Greenville, passed away Sunday, June 7, 2020 At Spectrum Health United Memorial Hospital Long Term Care. He was born November 12, 1930 in Hulbert, Michigan, the son of Fred & Mary (Doratray) Stewart. He retired from L.W. Edison where he worked as a mechanic on road construction, loved to fish, hunt, boat and snowmobile, a big kid at heart who worked hard and loved to play when he could. Raymond is survived by his wife Leah of 69 years; children Raymond (Yvonne) Stewart of Greenville, Everett (Dana) Stewart of Greenville and Terry (Paul) Gaskill of Port Townsend, Washington; four grandchildren Everett W. (Jessica) Stewart, Drew Stewart, Christopher Stewart and Rachel Stewart; three great grandchildren Kristian and Marcus Stewart and Tyler Campbell; brother in law Chum Lutz of Sand Lake. He was preceded in death by his parents Fred and Mary Stewart, brothers Everett and Norman Stewart, sister Dorothy DeWitt, brother in law Jim Lutz and his sister in law Fredda Giddis. Burial will be in Forest Home Cemetery. No services will be held.
