Patrick J. O’Neill

Patrick J. O’Neill age 67, of Cedar Springs, passed away Monday, June 24, 2019 at Spectrum Health United Memorial Hospital in Grenville. He was born January 12, 1952 in Grand Rapids, the son of Layton J. & Winifred (Clauson) O’Neill. He was a member of St. John Paul II Catholic Church in Cedar Springs, loved Rock & Roll music, was a member of the Greenville Singles club, worked at Michigan Wheel Corp in Grand Rapids and also loved building and rebuilding mechanical things and working on cars. Patrick is survived by his daughter Kerry O’Neill of N. Palm Beach, Florida; sons Lucas and Clayton O’Neill both of Cedar Springs; mother Winnie O’Neill of Zellwood, Florida; brother Paul O’Neill of Gowen; sisters Regina May of Mt. Dora, Florida and Julie Boreman of Zellwood, Florida; nieces, nephews and Gayle DeGram the mother of Kerry and Teresa O’Neill the mother of Lucas and Clayton. He was preceded in death by his father Layton O’Neill and his son Christopher Shamus O’Neill. Memorial Mass will be 2 PM Saturday, June 29, 2019 at St. John Paul II Catholic Church, 3110 17 Mile Road, Cedar Springs, celebrated by Fr Lam.
