Melissa Ann Jones

Melissa Ann Jones age 48, of Greenville, passed away Thursday, August 4, 2016 at her home. She was born September 17, 1967 in Belding. She was currently employed by Rite Aid in Greenville and was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Melissa is survived by her children Amanda Doolittle, Erin Doolittle-Batson and Shelly Doolittle Plaisance; granddaughter Karissa Doolittle; grandson Ian Doolittle; brothers Steve Johnson of Johnson City, Tennessee, Chris & (Linda) Johnson of Muir, David & (Shawnamarie) Johnson of Greenville, Lee Johnson and Tim Johnson both of Belding; father Chester Johnson, grandfather Ed & (Diane) Moran of Mansfield, Texas and by her aunt Melony Conner, uncle Brian Conner and also her cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother Patricia Johnson. Memorial Services will be 1 PM Saturday, August 13, 2016 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, their compassionate giving in Melissa’s name can be left at the Marshall Funeral Home to aid in expenses.
