Lillian N. Walter

Lillian N. Walter, age 94 of Greenville, passed away March 30, 2026 at Corewell United Memorial Hospital in Greenville. She was born June 13, 1931 in Belding, the daughter of Joe R. and Lucille (Currie) Binns. She was retired from Kalfact Plastics as a machine operator, a member of Turk Lake then First United Methodist Methodist Church in Greenville. Lillian baked communion bread for the Turk Lake congregation for many years. She was a life-long member of her Secret Pal Club. In her younger years, she enjoyed riding motorcycles and snowmobiles. Her cats and dogs were her constant companions. Lillian was preceded in death by her husband Donald Walter, step-son Marshall Walter, Marshall and Robin's daughter Victoria Patterson, first husband Bill Thompson and step-son Gary Thompson. Lillian is survived by her step-son Bill (Gayle) Walter of Grand Haven; Marshall’s wife Robin Walter of Greenville, Marshall and Robin’s son Max (Abby) Walter of Upper Marlboro MD. Memorial Services will be held later. Burial will be in Rest Haven Memory Gardens. Memorial contributions can be made in Lillian’s name to Cannonsville Critters of Greenville.
