Kenneth F. Johnson

Johnson, Kenneth F. of Wyoming, passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2022 in the arms of his wife Mishelle of 33 years and surrounded by family. Ken was born on March 28, 1954 to the late LaRita (VanWyck) and Walter Johnson also of Wyoming.  He was also preceded in death by two brothers Gerry and Dewey Johnson and son Walter Troy. Ken was very passionate about many things including his music, his faith, politics and the Detroit Tigers (even through the tough seasons).  You would often find him standing at the counter with a game on the tv sending them loving words of encouragement.  Most importantly Ken was passionate about his family; he loved fiercely and with all of his heart.  He leaves behind his wife Mishelle, four children; Tammy (Brian) Lierman, Tracey (Eric) Denney, Erik (Abby) Johnson and Kerri (Rodney) Dooley along with 21 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, his brother Dave (Jane) Johnson as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins that will miss him dearly.  The family will be hosting a backyard gathering on July 17, 2022 at The Johnson Family home from 2:00 to 5:00 PM.  Romans 1:16 “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth;” Arrangements are by the Marshall Funeral Home, Greenville, with complete obituary online at www.marshallfuneralhomeinc.com where you can leave a message of condolence for the family.
