Jerry D. Nichols

Jerry D. Nichols age 60, of Greenville, passed away Friday November 26, 2021 at Spectrum Health Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids as the result of injuries received from being hit by a motor vehicle. He was born October 9, 1961 in Greenville, the son of O.B. & Virginia (Ritter) Nichols. He loved his coffee royal, riding around town on his scooter and sitting in the yard with his friends. Jerry is survived by his son Robert Strecker of Riverdale; granddaughter Rayne Nichols; sisters Rosemary (Jay) Hodges of Greenville; Rosemarie Bush of Greenville, Virginia (Ray) Herroon of Greenville; brothers Pete & (Tammi) Nichols of Florida and Rusty Nichols of Greenville; sister in law Ila Nichols of Greenville; aunt Shirley Sly of Greenville and his nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Terry Nichols. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
