Jaclynn J. Smith

Jaclynn J. Smith age 66, of Gowen, passed away Monday, November 17, 2025 at Corewell Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids. She was born May 13, 1959 in Grand Rapids, the daughter of Lester & Shirley (Van Dyke) Esterley. Jaci loved to be on the lake, boating and fishing, attend NASCAR races and Wheatland Music Festival, and most of all, spending time with friends and family. Jaclynn is survived by her partner Duane Croad; four children Angie Moyer, Leslie (Jason) Ottobre, Jeramie (Mady) Croad and Brandi Croad and (Xavier M.); seven siblings Jolynn Nolf and (Cecil Coral), Joyce (Jim) Sharp, Jan (Dale Beckwith) Spicer, Alan (Louise) Esterley, Jeralyn (Rex) Steele, Kevan Esterley and (Lucille B.) and Dave Esterley; eight grandchildren Cody, Austin, Kaylee and Jaden Moyer, Sandra and Hayden Ottobre, Justine Smith, and expectant baby Mason Croad; three great grandchildren Dallas, Sonny and Belle Moyer. She is preceded in death by her Loved Ones, parents Lester and Shirley Esterley, son Michael Scott Smith and nephew Kevan Esterley. Visitation will be 2 PM Saturday, November 22, 2025 at the Marshall Funeral Home, Greenville. Funeral Services will be 3 PM officiated by Pastor Ed Milam.
