Hubert Wesley Kraft, age 96, of Greenville, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, March 10, 2021, surrounded by his family at Green Acres of Cedar Springs. Hubert and Ruth enjoyed traveling, celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary in Australia and New Zealand. Hubert had a good sense of humor and quick wit, always ready with a humorous remark. Hubert was a 1943 graduate of Greenville High School. He was a past member of the Eureka Township Board and was active in 4-H. In addition to Ruth, his wife of 71 years, Hubert is survived by his five daughters, Diane (William) Moore of Lansing, Debra (Randy) Ramsey of Vernon Hills IL, Carla (James) Pocan of Holt, Lori (David) O’Brien of Greenville, and June (Kevin) Newell of Kettering, OH; grandchildren, Eric (Amy) Pocan of Grand Ledge, Scott (Brooke) Pocan of Charlotte, Brian (Sarah) Moore of Lansing, Rachael Ramsey of Chicago, Benjamin Newell of Cleveland, OH, Caitlin Ramsey of The Hague, Netherlands, and Danielle Newell of Beavercreek, OH; great-granddaughters, Landyn, Scarlett and Juliet Pocan and Indila and Ariana Moore; brother Bob Kraft of Greenville; sister, Elizabeth (Dick) Schenden of Boyne City.
