Gary Lee Becker

Gary Lee Becker age 62, of Saginaw formerly of Greenville passed away in Saginaw. He was born February 11, 1958 in Greenville, the son of Garth & Genevieve Becker. He was a graduate of Greenville High School in 1976 and worked for Meijer in the IT Department for over 30 years before retiring. Gary was an animal lover, especially dogs. He loved boating and was instantly liked by all who encountered him. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Gary is survived by his sons William Becker of Grand Rapids and Tim (Beth) Morningstar of Saginaw; step sons Mark (Tracy) Armijo and Andy (Teresa) Armijo of Coopersville; step grandchildren Tyson, Chase, Blakley, Reese And Lincoln Armijo and his brothers Steve Becker of Grand Rapids, Dave (Wendy) Becker of Caledonia and John (Julie) Becker of Sussex, Wisconsin. He was preceded in death by his parents Garth & Genevieve. Members of the family will be at the Marshall Funeral Home on Saturday, August 15, 2020 from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM. Please bring your mask and allow social distancing when coming to the funeral home due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and the extended Stay-At-Home Executive Order which limits the number of people at a time. At 7 PM a time will be allowed if anyone wants to say a few words about Gary. Memorial contributions can be made in Gary’s name to the Humane Society.
