Gale B. Merritt

Gale B. Merritt age 63, of Sheridan, passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at the Sheridan Community Hospital. He was born February 1, 1952 in Greenville, the son of Kenneth W. & June R. (Nichols) Merritt. Gale is survived by his sons Chad Merritt & (Michelle Damaska) of Sidney and Andy & (Mandi) Merritt of Gowen; grandchildren Ashley, Breanna, Bryant and Lauren Merritt and Sierra McGuire; sister Debi Hunter of Greenville; mother June Merritt of Greenville and also survived by Barb Helmer and her children Rachel & (Jeff) Grice of Greenville and Adam McGuire of Lansing. He was preceded in death by his father Kenneth Merritt. Memorial Services will be 4 PM Sunday, November 8, 2015 at the Marshall Funeral Home, Greenville, with members of the family meeting with friends and relatives from 3 PM till the services. Burial will take place at a later date. Memorial contributions can be made in Gale’s name to the Sheridan Community Hospital.
