Dennis Alan "Denny" Russell

Dennis "Denny" Alan Russell age 85 of Greenville passed away Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at Hathaway Hills Assisted Living under the care of Interim Hospice. He was born March 1, 1941, in Detroit, the son of Walter C. & Eleanor G. (Byer) Russell. Denny proudly served his country in the United States Navy. Throughout his life, he enjoyed many interests and adventures, including traveling, taking cruises, motorcycle racing, and working on old cars in his garage. He also enjoyed bike riding and keeping his mind active with crossword puzzles. Denny will be remembered as a brother, uncle, and good friend to those who knew him. He lived his life with his own unique interests and passions, creating memories and sharing experiences with family and friends along the way. In keeping with Denny's wishes, no funeral or formal services will be held. Denny will be remembered with love and fondness by those lives he touched. May he rest peacefully.
