David F. Tamblyn

David F. Tamblyn age 64, of Greenville, began his next adventure Thursday, June 13, 2024 at Corewell Health Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids. He was born August 26, 1959 in East Lansing, the son of Frederick & Judith A. (Hansen) Tamblyn. Dave loved to play golf with his son and explore different courses. He was an excellent water skier, and enjoyed being out on the water in his boat with friends and family. When he wasn’t out and about, Dave was a keen businessman who built a successful packaging company in his hometown. While he was passionate about his work, his favorite thing was to be around the people he loved where everyone was relaxed and have a good time. David is survived by his daughter Beca Tamblyn of Belmont, son Ty Tamblyn; of Cedar Springs; life partner Lorie Tamblyn of Greenville, mother Judy King of Grand Ledge; brother Dennis King of Greenville; sisters Kristine (Chris) Bayley of Grand Ledge and Julie (Todd) Houldsworth of Chesterfield, Missouri and his nieces and nephews. Memorial Services will be 3 PM, Thursday. June 20, 2024 at the Marshall Funeral Home, led by Lisa Bergman. There will be a gathering afterwards at The Kicks at Bowen Lake, 14600 Lincoln Lake Ave, Gowen, MI 49326.
