Charles L. Hurst

Charles L. Hurst age 59, of Stanton, formerly of Tennessee, passed away Monday, April 21, 2014 at Spectrum Health Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids. He was born October 28, 1954 in Knoxville, Tennessee, the son of Ross T. & Luitte (Collins) Hurst. Charles is survived by his sister Wanda Knight of Texas; niece Linda & (Doug) Mata of Texas; nephew Randy & (Beverly) Knight of Florida; great nieces Alexis Brandt and Jessica Mata; great nephew Taylor Brandt; cousin Angela Collins of Stanton; 2nd cousins Josh Carter & (Crystal Shock) and April Carter & (Ryan VanWagoner), 3rd cousin Jayden VanWagoner and also by his step cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents Ross & Luitte Hurst and his brothers Hildreth and Johnny Hurst. Military Services will be noon Thursday, April 24, 2014 at the Marshall Funeral Home, by the American Legion Post #101, Greenville. Visitation will be 11 AM till the service on Thursday. Burial will be in Tennessee.
