Carrie Ann Bigelow

Carrie Ann Bigelow age 86, of Crystal, passed away December 30, 2023 at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing. She was born June 7, 1937 in Brant, Michigan, the daughter of William G. & Eleanor E. (Landwehr) Kienitz. She attended the Crystal Congregational Church, loved her step children and family, going camping, crocheting shawls for the church, playing cards and animals (she had a parrott for 40 years). Carrie is survived by her step children Catherine Hopkins of Fenwick and Tom (Char) Bigelow of Riverdale; 17 grandchildren, many great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and her card playing friends which she adored. She was preceded in death by her husband Carlyle, step daughters Cynthia Brooks and Constance Evans, granddaughter Lisa Evans, step sons in law C. Barry Hopkins and Keith Evans and her two brothers. Private family burial will be in Crystal Cemetery.
