Brent Douglas Snyder

Brent Douglas Snyder age 45, passed away from cancer on Thursday, May 24, 2018 with family by his side. He was born January 13,1973 in Paw Paw, Michigan.. Brent is survived by his father Harold E. Snyder and mother Vicki L. (Snyder) Bradley, brother Eric E. Snyder, daughter Julianna Snyder, step mother Shirley Snyder and other family members and friends. Brent graduated from Great Lakes Adventist Academy, Central Michigan University, and Thomas M. Cooley Law School. While in Lansing, he worked as a defense attorney and substitute teacher for several public high schools. Brent loved people especially kids, and animals especially dogs. Most of all, he loved his Lord and Saviour, Jesus. One of his favorite verses was John 14:1-3 "I go to prepare a place for you... that where I am there you may be also." Brent also loved music and singing. One of his favorite hymns he joyfully sang was "How Great Thou Art". Brent was devoted dad, faithful son, loyal brother and true friend. He is already greatly missed; may we all follow his example. A memorial celebration will be 11 AM Monday, May 28, at Lansing Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Pastor Jacob Gibbs officiating. A church luncheon will follow the service.
