Audrey Marie Olsen

Audrey Marie Olsen, 86, of Greenville, Michigan passed away peacefully in the presence of her daughter on Friday, June 30, 2023. She was born September 24, 1936 in Chase, Michigan the daughter of L D and Mary Eliza (Puckett) Lodholtz. Audrey lived a life devoted to her faith, her family and her community. She was a longtime member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church. She was a member of the Greenville Business and Professional Women and was recognized as Woman of the Year in 1992. She served as a member of the Greenville Rotary Club and was Club President in 1998. Audrey also enjoyed participating as an active member of the Greenville Historical Society and the Flat River Museum and found time to serve as a Big Sister in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. She routinely served as a Danish Festival volunteer and especially enjoyed preparing and serving Aebleskivers to the many festival attendees. Audrey also participated in local theater productions both as a cast member and as a producer. While employed with the City of Greenville, Audrey served as the Greenville Area Community Center Director. She eventually retired in 1999. Audrey adored her family and always enjoyed attending her grandchildrens’ and great grandchildrens’ sporting events, dance performances and school activities. She leaves a legacy of love, devotion and service. Audrey was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, four sisters and grandson. She is survived by her children Michael Olsen, Carl Olsen and Lynne (George) Bosanic, seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will take place Monday, July 24 from 4-6 p.m. at Marshall Funeral Home in Greenville. In ln lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Greenville.
