Artha A. Brock

Artha A. Brock age 76, of Gowen, passed away Monday, May 30, 2016 at Spectrum Health United Memorial Hospital in Greenville. She was born January 12, 1940, the daughter of Manley & E. Lucille Huckleberry. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church and formerly worked at Frigidaire. Artha is survived by her husband Francis; children John & (Maria) Brock of Gowen and Richard Brock of Stanton; 3 grandchildren Matrisha and Melody Brock of Grand Rapids and Benjamin Brock of Germany; 2 sisters and brother in law Esther & (Vic) Nolf of Gowen and Shirley Sckasawak of Sheridan; 3 step grandchildren K.C. and Jennifer Dann and Tina Urosevic and was a mother and grandmother to many. She was preceded in death by her parents, sons Brian and Kenneth Brock; grandson Johnathan; brothers Robert and Richard Huckleberry and her sister Iva Enbody. Funeral & Committal Services will be 10:30 AM Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Faith Baptist Church, Greenville, with Pastor Bob Winter officiating. Visitation will be 6 to 8 PM Wednesday at the Marshall Funeral Home and from 9:30 AM till the services at the church on Thursday. Luncheon will follow the funeral at the church. Burial will be in East Montcalm Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made in Artha’s name to the Faith Baptist Church.
